2:30pm - Grounding Yoga & Intentions
Begin with a gentle, grounding yoga practice. Suitable for all abilities, this opening session invites you to reconnect with your body, quieten the mind and set personal intentions for the evening ahead.

3:30pm - Solstice Glow Movement
As the afternoon light begins to fade, move into a brighter, uplifting session combining accessible movement, mobility, stretching, balance, breathwork and music. A joyful opportunity to energise the body and embrace the spirit of the Solstice.

4:15pm - Lantern-Lit Coastal Walk
Wrap up warm and step outside for a peaceful walk through the grounds and towards a safe coastal viewpoint. Timed to coincide with sunset, this is a chance to pause, breathe and take in the changing winter landscape.

VOICI CE QUE NOS INVITÉS ONT À DIRE

Les vues sont incroyables, le personnel était très accueillant et a fait des pieds et des mains, et je n'ai jamais vu de meilleures installations dans les suites.
