When approaching St Ives on the A3074, continue straight on at the Tesco Superstore roundabout onto Treloyn Avenue. Do not turn onto Manor road, Treloyhan Manor is accessed further along Treloyn Avenue, shortly after the bus stop.

The Cornish Riviera Express from London Paddington takes 5 hours to St Ives via St Erth, or 2 hours from Plymouth on Great Western Railway. Treloyhan Manor is a 5 minute drive, or short walk along the coastal path, from Carbis Bay and St Ives stations.
