Luxury dining, your way

Our fully equipped kitchens make self-catering genuinely straightforward. For those who'd rather not cook, chef-prepared dining can be arranged in your suite, with meals shaped around your group and preferences rather than a set menu.

Our concierge team can also recommend the best Cornish restaurants, cafés, and delis near St Ives and Carbis Bay, with the sort of local knowledge that takes years to build.

Beautiful inside and out

Treloyhan Manor wasn’t built as a hotel, and you can feel it in the best possible way. The manor was designed in 1892 by Silvanus Trevail, one of the most respected Cornish architects of the 19th century, as an intimate family home by the sea. Following a £25 million renovation, Treloyhan Manor feels beautifully at home in the present, without losing the character that makes it unique.

Boutique hotels in Cornwall come in many forms, but few carry our history, or this kind of position above the St Ives coast. Step outside the estate grounds for easy access to:

  • Carbis Bay Beach, just a short walk from the estate

  • St Ives, around twenty minutes on foot, or a short drive

  • The scenic South West Coast Path, with stunning sea views

  • The sweeping Porthkidney Beach and RSPB site

  • Many boutique shops around Carbis Bay and St Ives

Our concierge team can put together recommendations for walks, boat trips, galleries, and experiences, shaped around who you're travelling with and what you're looking for.
